Warranty on Hebemann machines

You are, of course, entitled to warranty coverage if a defect develops despite correct operation and completion of the prescribed maintenance. The warranty period for our machines is one year.

The warranty does not cover failures resulting from:

• Normal wear
• Ignoring instructions on the machine
• Ignoring the instructions in the manual
• Inadequate maintenance
• The use of non-OEM parts
• Abnormal external influences
• By modification not authorized by Hebemann
• Hebemann follows the guarantee conditions in accordance with the Metaalunie conditions.
